My name is Michelle, but I like to go by Mara (which is a play on my first and last names). I am a Stay at Home Mama to one, wonderful little boy. I've been married for over 10 years to a great man who is funny, crazy and nerdy!
We recently moved to Upstate New York and we're loving it!
This blog focuses on my life as a mom and will include recipes, DIY projects, tips, ideas and fun things for kids. I love being creative and I love sharing how-tos with others. I'm a life-long learner and I'm always honing my skills to create new, interesting things. Life Under Clover is my creative outlet.
I started blogging and vlogging (on YouTube) back in 2011 and I often focused on Trying to Conceive. It was a roller coaster journey and unfortunately, we also lost the twins we conceived using IVF. Now that we are now longer conceiving and have our miracle child, I decided to revamp this blog to cover what my life is all about now... I'm a wife, a mother, and a strong, fearless, and creative woman.
Life Under Clover? What in the hell does that mean?
Let me explain...
The saying "in clover" means happiness or contentment. You may have even heard the following phrases: rolling in the clover, bee in clover, like pigs in clover. They all mean the same... contentment. So when I say "life under clover" it's my version of being "in clover."
Also, "under clover" is a play on the word undercover... so it's just me being funny.
